"The hotel reception areas look impressive when you arrive but on closer inspection they are tired, worn out and uncomfortable. The area of the hotel is close to las ramlas about 5 minute walk but the area itself doesn’t feel safe. It was the night of a football match and we were too scared to leave ..."

"Upon arrival, the front desk was super helpful in getting us booked with the excursions we wanted to do during our stay. We also booked a massage at the spa, which was great, along with the amenities. The bar and pool on the top level has spectacular views!"
