“The rooms were perfect. The living room was spacious and inviting. The rooms were clean and fit the whole family comfortably. Large TVs in all rooms, kitchen was nice and ready to be used. “I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“We had a lovely time and loved the convenience of the location. Ice cream and Dunkin’ doughnuts were right across the street. 0.3 miles to the Publix and all kinds of restaurants nearby. The beach is gorgeous but it is a 5 minute walk as the buildings sit behind the dunes but very nice. There is a great morning walking path. The team is very helpful with any needs you have. Everything was easy and comfortable and we had two teenagers with us who also enjoyed it. The pool area is nice and……

“Nice please to expend a weekend, the owner is always around checking on the property and guests. Apartments are cozy and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable including beach chairs and umbrella. The only cons, on the app said small dogs stay free and I was requested to pay when arrived. Other than that, the beach is just a steps away, and is mostly a quiet place to enjoy.”

“This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful. ”
