“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Card key worked intermittently, was a crap shoot whether they would work on outside and or room door. Tv suddenly dropped bunch of channels, was reported to front desk but nothing was done. The biggest problem was web site stated there was a restaurant on site. Found this area to be a construction zone!! Will never stay here again!!”
