"It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests.
We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills. "

"We have stayed here so many times over the past four years! It is clean, quiet, plenty of parking and fantastic price for a spa room! Also a note on the cleaners, they are so friendly, happy to chat on the way in/out and eager to help. The restaurant down stairs has become a favourite with the pasta deal night (entree, pasta and wine or beer). Being across from the TTP shopping centre is so convenient, we walk across so no issues with finding a park there! "
