「This was our 4th time staying on this property and as usual had a wonderful family vacation. The house is spacious and fit all 11 of us easily. The location is great - only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this house for a large family.」

「Perfect Beach home for our family of 13. Had everything we needed, indoors and out. Nice large yard with a firepit to enjoy outdoor dinners and fireside chats and smores, of course! The walk to the beach was perfect, a nice distance to get a little exercise but still be close enough to the beach action. It is very nice that bikes were supplied, we took a morning ride to Nubble light. Thank you Mike and Pam for everything you do to provide a perfect family getaway. 」

「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. 」
