“We ended up bailing after one night here and eating the cost. We were not able to get a refund. The hotel had some construction going on around the to be restaurant area. The pool was in the far corner, with only one beach lounger and algae growth. There were loungers on the roof, but absolutely no shade, so not a great place to spend the day. Our room was clean other than the bathroom, which had hair in and out of the shower and a dirty and wet bath mat. There were no towels in our room and we……

“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

“We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit.”

“Loved the Vibe!! Room was great and the Beach was amazing! Literally walk across the street to many restaurants and shops and the Marina. The food was also quite good and the drinks were excellent!! I really enjoyed the bartenders and the manager was great. We would definitely go back!”
