「this hotel is a little surprise. Doesn’t look much from the outside and not helped by being next to a disused building. However, once you enter it is a very different experience. The hotel is lovely, well maintained and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a family room which was very good, though could do with some better quality bed linen. 「Stayed here for 3 nights do a conference locally and it was perfect. Friday enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant. Staff went above and beyond. Very approachable if I had any questions. Looking forward to coming back next year! 」
