「Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

「Tremendous noise problem if your room is on the front roadway, provided noise machine and ear plugs notwithstanding. Hotel shows some wear in rooms. Staff routinely provide less than complete answers to simple questions. Valet pretty quick must times.」

「Really loved staying at the roost on Rainey. Bed was really comfortable and the rooms and common area were very cute. Was a little loud at night due to Rainey street but no biggie.」

「Location is great. Having the check in desk next to the very loud bar area is frustrating. Really hard to hear and have a conversation. Rooms are fine. We booked and paid extra for a city view and got a room looking straight into a bunch of other rooms and a little city on the side. 」
