「The staff were very helpful and attentive. The suite was large but dated. Everything worked how it should and the spa facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was a bit basic and the same everyday but it filled us up. The location was easy to get to and the place looked exactly the same as the pictures.」

「My partner and I stay here whenever passing through due to the gym and sauna. The rooms are all clean and comfortable, but amenities vary depending on what you book--when staying for business, we stay in a nicer room which has a mini fridge with drinks, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bathrobes etc. When just passing through, we book a basic room which has a shampoo/soap combo, no shampoo, no mini fridge and no bathrobes. 」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...
