“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, aside from a super small sized sink, everything was comfortable.”

“The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning”

“The room is very very dark with minimal lighting. No kettle in room, water is not replenished the next stay.”

“Overall is ok except for the bed too soft letting people sleeping feel kind of unsafety.”

“Excellent location. Basic room but very clean. Comfy bed. A good option at an affordable price, especially if you are going to be out sightseeing all day and just need somewhere to sleep.”

“Excellent location. Clean comfortable room. Helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Conveniently located near a metro stop so you can drop your things and venture out. Very clean and basic with everything you need to explore beautiful Bilbao. Very easy self check-in.”

“Great location. Friendly staff. Clean.”
