「This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer.」

「Wonderful property. The place we stay in was so spacious and had great accommodations. The pool area in the roof was just amazing! Only problem was the wait for the elevators! I guess you can't have everything.」

「The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. This trip was in September and in December I was finally told they would not refund me nor give me a partial refund for the night I wasn't there. I waited to see if they...

「Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
