“The property was nice and as described. There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. He had a few grocery items, like basic paper goods, delivered to the house within an hour of check-in. I never could……

The beds were ridiculously comfortable, I enjoyed sleeping in! I hope to rent this place again sometime and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in east Austin! ”

“We stayed here for a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Renters club is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy. Home is walking distance to 6th street bars and a short drive to downtown. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9.”
