“Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here”

“I had take taxi from T3 to this hostel however I had been rided for 15mins, the location should be very closed to airport, but the driver didn't got the way there ”

“Noisy guest who kept chatting till 2:30 am my next door but reception not helped me at all. Terrible experience ”

“Although I'd already paid with the booking agent this place insisted I had not and made me pay again. The room was nothing like the online photo and was tatty - broken furniture, no seat on the toilet and the TV didn't work.”

“It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. ”

“The person at the main gate wasn’t there when I went out and retuned from church service and wasn’t apologetic or no sign indicating that he’ll be back in few minutes. i waited for about 4 to 5 minutes and even have to call front desk to informed them that the main door was locked Location wise this place is anideal stay whenever I will be in the city. I know it was a one off thing, overall, good find, budget friendly. ”
