This is the perfect location for the executive looking for an extended stay that is fully furnished. This luxury setting is turn key ready and perfect for the small family or single executive looking for luxury accommodations that are centrally located. The property has it all, including a workout facility, swimming pool (heated), natural preserve, and lake views.

Walk to LSU! This unit is fully furnished, and includes new appliances, washer, dryer, and linens. The terms of rental require a minimum stay, and all rentals are subject to the mandates of the HOA imposed on those renting the facility.

All bed mattresses are sealed and all linens washed in sanicycle as part of our ultra clean maintenance of this property. Free CABLE and WIFI along with lots of other amenities.

This is a great, quiet place to stay with access to many amenities. Very close to LSU and downtown Baton Rouge. There are many great restaurants close by and a nice park across the street.
