「No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.」

1 out of 3 Curtain was not available in the bedroom , causing bedroom exposed, shower room was leaking, but I am sure they will fix prior to next rent out.

「After being delayed the access for over 20 mins and after numberous calls, we finally got the key... Unfortunately, we were shocked to find unchanged beddings, smelly toilet, unvaccumed rug, crumb-littered floor and dirty sofa.... I had never in my life seen such a dirty accommodation. Then we called them again, urging them to send a cleaner over... but the cleaner said the vaccum cleaner was broken, so we sent her away, and we ended up mopping the floor and cleaing the toilet ourselves. 「I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit.
Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen.
It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay...
And the wifi cannot be connected .
Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look.

「We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel...
