普罗斯佩克特Batts Rock Beach附近酒店

“The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here.”

“I loved majority of the staff they were so sweet and helpful with a great spirit”

“Had a great 5 day trip here. Beach was beautiful, property was nice. Was a bit concerned about the food from reading previous reviews - after experiencing it myself I have no complaints and was very happy with the meals. My only complaint was room ran a bit smaller the expected however, what made this resort special was the beach, the dine around program offered, and the staff. From Mya to helping us with check in/check out, and the general manager being extremely friendly. Special shoutout to……

“This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40. I have been……

“Great staff. Clean rooms. The ability to utilize other resorts provided variety.”

“Bien situé, près de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Inconvénient, il n'y a pas d'accessoire pour la plage tels que des chaises et parasol. Cela aurait été plaisant d'en avoir afin de ne pas avoir à en louer. Mais, dans l'ensemble tout était très bien.”

“Excellent stay and will def be coming again”

“It was clean and nice”

“The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly...especially the bartenders. The place is extremely clean and safe,as there's security on site. I will recommend this place to anyone.”

“Awesome thanks for the warm welcome 🙏 was great overall”

“The staff were very nice! The main issue was the bathroom. The water pressure of the shower was horrible. The water never got warm. The tub is not level, and the water does not drain properly.”

“A lovely friendly hotel right on st Lawrence Gap. I cannot fault anything about the hotel. I was able to really relax and enjoy the lovely weather and scenery. The food was amazing. Everything we ate from, breakfast, lunch or dinner was enjoyable. The staff were always able to help with any questions and direct you in anyway they could. The great thing about the hotel was being able to swim in a pool till 9pm or swim in the sea which you step right onto. I would most definitely recommend this……
