“This is our second time at the splash resorts and we love it there.”

“Our stay at Top of the Gulf was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location was hard to beat—just steps from the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything Panama City Beach has to offer. The property is known for its beachfront location and family-friendly atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. The room was extremely clean and the hosts were great! Will definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect location right outside of Pier Park area so easy to get in and out of Condo! Beach access! Room looked exactly like the pictures! Amazing experience! Will definitely be back!! Everyone down to the other tenants and guest were amazing! Wish I was still there!”

Finally get it to accept cards, then they send an email with black check in instructions-no pass code, no wifi, etc. I call again to request information. They Finally give it to me. Upon……
