“There were several shower tiles that were moldy there’s no good barrier between shower and floor so bathroom floor gets very wet”

“Elevators were broke for our entire stay. The front desk would not let us check into our room until after 5pm. Our room flooded on our first night during a rain storm. We contacted the front desk and they didn’t come see about it for 2 days. Our room was very dirty, trash under and behind furniture, noodles in the drawers. Parking is absolutely a nightmare. Refrigerator wouldn’t even cool our waters. The coffee pot broke when we tried to make coffee. You had to wear shoes in the room the whole……

“I got there early but rooms were not available. I asked for room on a top floor once they were cleaned. When it was time to check in, that was not considered and they offered me a room on the 1st floor. I declined and they gave me a room on the 2nd floor except it was handicapped accessible of which I didn't find out until I got to room.
