「Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17. 」

「Hola, vuelvo a exponer el tema ya que no lo han entendido.
1-Hice la reserva por su página hoteles.com en el Hotel San Emeterio de Isla , unicamente porque admitían perros.
2-Nos presentamos el 25 de agosto en dicho establecimiento y nos deniegan la entrada porque no admiten perros, dejándonos en la calle y sin buscarnos una solución.
3-En su página de hoteles.com indica claramente que se admiten mascotas, lo cual es publicidad engañosa. El establecimiento por su parte nos denegó la entrada sin...
