“Room was 82 degrees and the A/C didn't work. The roof was too low so the heat was trapped, making it very difficult to sleep. There was people on the second floor and you could hear everything. Not easy to get help over text. They just suggested for us to open the windows. They were more responsive after we decided to check out earlier though.”

“The beds are terrible, the walls are paper thin. We were placed next to a family with small children that were allowed to run up and down the hallways. Spent 45 minutes in the room, went to dinner and We decided losing out on $300 and driving 2 hours home was a better option.”

“Breakfast is charged separately, with limited variety and high price. There is a water bar on each floor that provides drinks and snacks, but it will be charged at USD 35 per day in the room rate. In short, it is not cost-effective.”

“The AC in the room is soooooooooo loud, like a car racing near you, also the TV is broken, and when I ask the front desk, I was not even offered to get helped, not even tried, and when I check out this morning and when I said the AC is so loud, all I got is that oh I’m sorry, like they don’t care about the people’s experience staying here, don’t stay here at this hotel, it’s new, but not worth it, and pretty sure you can’t even sleep during the night”
