“Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!”

“Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊”

“The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again!”

“The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced.”

“We did this trip for my dad’s 70th birthday, it was perfect! If/when my mom & dad wanted to stay in, view from balcony was like we were on beach. Sunrise & sunset is amazing. Owner gave us tidbits every day & made sure to check on us & give us what we needed. My mom is handicap & property is one level with elevator access which is HUGE for us. Beds were comfortable & property very clean. I’d recommend this property to anyone & I’ll be back without the family. Thanks Kim for contributing to some……

“We really enjoyed our walks on the beach. The amenities in the kitchen made cooking for the family an easy task. Excellent restaurants are close by if you like to dine out! And our hosts were very responsive for gyrations and assistance. I’d come back again!”
