“5 star plus host! Deborah was beyond accommodating, welcoming and responsive, during the busiest weekend of the year in Ponte Vedra- TPC. The Chateau is just as described. Clean, super comfortable bed, awesome shower and towels. Check-in and check-out, coming and going, food delivery, effortless. Thank you so very much, Deborah!!”

“Bathroom had a constant bad odor, wallpaper was peeling, tub was stained and chipped. Time for a remodel! We were there late, tired, and leaving early so I didn’t bother to ask for another room. Kept a towel rolled up by the door to keep the noise and light out from the big gap. Bed was comfortable and nice to have a fridge in the room. We have stayed there once before but I won’t be back. ”

“What a wonderful getaway”

“I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means.”
