“I loved that this was an inexpensive option that was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t so bad to use a restroom across the hall and they had clean showers. I loved that we had a sink and microwave in our room with closet space and space for food prep. There was a room fan that worked well and we opened the window for some fresh air. The entrance is an unassuming door on the street, so it can be a little easy to miss. My main issue was noise. Sunday night was the worst with people coming in late……

“I made a reservation and found I made a mistake to choose the room without AC. Therefore, I canceled it immediately. But the website and the property still charged me even though they said I chose “pay later”. After 1.5-month, they still not refunded me and it literally feeling like a robbery!”
