“Megan kindly confirmed our stay, when I called a few days ahead. The space looked fresh and recently redecorated. Loved the coffee/espresso machine, pasteries and cookies. What a fantastic room we stayed in - a corner room with two windows overlooking East Bay. The Alexandra Inn was a really wonderful surprise!”

“We had a great stay at the Grand Beach Resort! We went for Memorial Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodating nature of the staff (especially Adriel!!!) . They handled our minor concerns with care and professionalism and the room was clean, breakfast was timely and tasty, and the beach was maintained and so enjoyable - all for a reasonable price, even on a holiday weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back when I return to Traverse City and will recommend to others.”

“Stayed here for a weekend and when we checked-in the room did not seem fully cleaned, such as not many toiletries and definitely not properly vacuumed. It wasn’t horrible but noticeable. I booked for 3 people in a double room and they didn’t seem to have prepared for that or noted it, so we had to ask for some extra stuff such as pillows and towels. The bathroom was okay, not in the most modern best shape and only given very little in hygienic items (toilet paper and soap). There was AC but the……

“My parents, daughter and I stayed in two rooms for 5 days in March during a family reunion, and enjoyed our visit. We especially appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was, the tasty weekday breakfasts, and being able to see the bay from our balcony. We also had a great supper one evening and buffet breakfast on Saturday in the ParkShore Restaurant on site. It was only an 10 minute drive into the downtown Front Street! Wonderful place to stay, and would highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful time. Everything was stocked and available for us and the room was clean. The beach was beautiful unfortunately it was a little too chilly so we weren’t able to fully enjoy all the amenities. I took advantage of the coffee and breakfast that they had available. The cleaning ladies were very helpful when we ran out of an item. The only bummer was the coffee machine broke, but it was a holiday and no one was available to come fix it until the next day which is understandable. I……

“The room was clean, nice shower and hot water. The hot water did not work in the bathroom sink. The mattress had a dip on one side (kind of a hole), the door to the hall would pop open even when locked. We came back from an event and our room door was open. It also popped open early in the morning (luckily the chain was latched). Housekeeping staff was friendly, although we did not request services during our stay.
