「Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.」

「Highly recommend this for a beautiful family experience if you have kids! We enjoyed a 1-night, 2-day stay, and we absolutely loved everything inside the hotel and had an amazing time at the LegoLand park itself. However, there were a few downsides for the price. The room's cleanliness wasn't up to par it just lacked that fresh, crisp, clean feeling and smell when you walk in, and the bathroom was the same. 「There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back.」
