"Perfect little getaway spot! Appreciated the spotless well stocked home with plenty of outdoor space. The extra refrigerator is always a bonus for drinks and ice. Everything was perfect!"

"This was my second or third rental there. I live nearby and use this house for guests. The price is significantly less expensive (half the price) than other rentals in a far better location.The area is idyllic; heavily wooded, palm trees, on a clear estuary with a sandy bottom. You might not want to choose mid summer if you can't handle the heat but the area and water offer nice wind if you are sheltered from the sun. Mosquitos weren't bad but you'll need insect repellent (Lemon Eucalyptus or Deep Woods Off) for the sand flies. You might occasionally hear a distant motorcycle or truck but mainly just the calls of native sea birds.The house easily slept an adult and four teens with a good size kitchen and living room. The AC briefly failed but the property manager had someone to fix it within hours of notification. The property manager is a joy to work with.Good food at the Outpost, five minutes from the house. We had 10 people there for breakfast (which included baked fish and beer because it was a holiday) and the total bill was 130."

"Beautiful home right on the water. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is very clean. Two different screened areas for sitting outside. The host responded promptly when there was an issue with the WiFi. It was resolved quickly. She also sent a list of things to do and restaurants. We will stay again if we come back to this area."
