"A great hotel if you want to be near a bunch of amenities! Close to the current and old city halls and about a 23 minute walk to Scotiabank arena and the Toronto Eaton centre is close by! The breakfast was top notch!"

"We had a nice stay, the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean. The only thing that missing is a restaurant or bar with seating. There is a small bar at the entrance of the hotel, but only a few tables in the lobby to sit at. Food options were disappointing, and not being able to order the food / drinks up to the room wasn’t the best. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by amazing staff, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a very popular hangout spot, but it’s still easy to get into the bars and restaurants without long waits. Ari at Reign was hands down the best bartender in Toronto! The staff even checked in daily via text to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was everything is closed by midnight, and during the week, not much opens before 11am. Other than that, 10/10 — I will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!"

"Nice location. The pictures online and the room’s reality are a bit different. Very small and a high up room is only the lower half of tower. The second half of tower is apartments or condos. So the view I paid for and the view I had were two different things. Nice place but would look elsewhere next time"
