Unexpected stay

I needed a space for my out of town family to gather for a funeral. The location was quiet and provided the space needed.

USMC Graduation

Perfect house for USMC Graduation. Location, extremely clean, and great for a family celebration. Highly recommend staying there!

Terrible communication

Our stay was overall well. The home was very spacious and held my family well. Lots of minor cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay. A lot of the kitchen items were dirty when we arrived. Unfortunately I locked myself out of the house one night during our stay (which is totally my fault, I should’ve remembered the key) but when I arrived back to the house and realized my mistake it took the “host” more then an hour to get back in touch with me. And it wasn’t even the host who finally called us back, it was a new hire who thankfully had visited the house recently and so happened to have the code we needed in her phone. As much as we paid in a “host fee” I would’ve appreciated a more easily accessible host. I don’t recommend renting this home if you think you’ll need a host for any reason. Communication is 0 out of 5. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5. Good location for what we needed. Overall score 3 out of 5.
