“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“Excellent location. Romantic hotel. Excellent barman. Noisy courtyard at night comproised sleep. Air conditioning unit was not functioning and the weather was warm.”

“Beautiful old hotel not far from the main square. No restaurant so we walked a bit to find a few good places. Go on a weekend for free street parking. Room was very cool, but on the second floor—watch out if you have heavy bags. Very quiet. I don’t recommend their little buffet breakfast for an additional 15€; it was bad drip coffee and puce of cheese and sliced baguette—totally not worth it.”

“Quite nice hotel with easy access to city. Just the bathroom amenities is a bit too little for 2 persons. Friendly and helpful staff too.”

“The hotel is a beautiful property and perfectly located near everything in the heart of town. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful with arrangements. The breakfast was nice but thee service was slow. The WiFi is problematic. In our room it would only work in one corner, otherwise impossible to connect. It is a relatively new hotel, but with the quality of staff I would expect them to sort that out I. No time.”

“Situation idéale, le personnel de la réception était très agréable; tandis que le personnel du petit déjeuner était plutôt fermé (demande d'une bouteille d'eau gazeuse : NON !). Nous avions une chambre familiale à l'annexe, qui était très propre. Seul petit bémol, nous trouvons stupide de mettre à disposition des capsules Nespresso sans la présence de l'appareil. Un petit frigo dans les chambres serait un vrai plus.”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……
