“This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced and a complete waste of money. The hotel was under heavy renovation, yet they continued renting rooms as if everything was normal. There was dust everywhere, plastic sheets covering areas, and a strong paint smell throughout the property. The room itself was unacceptable — dust covered the floors and furniture, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The elevator was extremely old, and the corridors did not even have……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“The place is beyond our expectation of a nice place to stay on our first visit to Quebec. Staff are friendly, breakfast is well managed, staff were present refilling, monitoring buffet food supplies, keeping food and dining area clean and organized. Trip to old Quebec was a breeze, inn is near port and it was a quick sail crossing. The inn is very clean, hallways smell new, (just renovated), beds are comfortable and bathroom and room itself well supplied and maintained. We would definitely……

Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. “飯店離鬼怪城堡超近，走路3分鐘就到！我們原本的房間是在地下室較小，因為是淡季，就讓我們住大一點的房間，房間很乾淨可愛，只可惜房間沒有附礦泉水，只能燒開水喝，略為美中不足，但其他都很棒！老闆娘人很好很親切，跟我們推薦私房餐廳，離開當天還讓我們寄放行李，下次有機會來的話會再選擇這裡！”
