The beds were fine. Decorative blanket at end of one bed appeared to have semen on it. Single soap dispenser in shower was for body and hair. There was a wet spot about 6” long in the carpet by bathroom door - it stayed wet all night but we couldn’t see a leak that would explain it. Shower pressure was good. Other than blanket issue room appeared clean. A bit older than it looked in photos. Manual elevator was a surprise but did the job.

The staff were very friendly. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. The property is very well kept and in good shape. The drive to Old Quebec was less than 12 minutes, making it a super convenient location.

The room was excellent, clean, and very convenient. Staff at the reception was very kind. And this hotel was very well located for our needs (we had a wedding reception at the Domaine de Maizarets.

The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The room was not to the standard that I saw before. One window shield was ripped, the shower head had mould on it, the wall were covered with black marks, one of the trim was coming apart. Parking were very limited for handicap people. I will not stay next time I come down to Quebec. For that price, it should have a complimentary breakfast.
