「The Hotel Bellevue was in a great location. Trams stopped frequently in the street just outside the hotel's front doors. Also a train station was quite nearby. 「聯絡了3:00 check-in，於4:45到場，按指示在鎖匙箱內找不到鎖匙！另外有兩批人有鎖匙但開不到門進去在門口。搞了很久後來終於開到了、進去以後裏面完全沒有清理，是共用的浴室廚房，但房間等全部沒有整理！煮食爐頭還是開着了，但沒有人。非常恐怖、亦擔心安全、所以並沒有入住！臨時找了別的酒店。」

「When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from...

「Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. 」

「Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.」
