"Good location, near Metro Jinyuhutong, take the exit via the lift to ground level and turn right. Near Wangfujing street, which have many shopping and food options. Near Forbidden City, Donghuamen, walk about 700m. Staff is helpful: As we have our Taobao parcels delivered to the hotel, and the concierge staff is helpful and polite. Saw them helping other customer to book food delivery and even local tours."

"Amazing hotel. The breakfast was more than expected. Great food, lots of western options, good quality of meals, various stations of cook to order, variety of food and deserts. The pool is amazing, the rooms big, modern, great views. Staff very helpful. Location amazing. All 5 stars or more. Thanks a lot!!! Look forward to go back!"

"I was very disappointed with this hotel, as it appears to be misleadingly advertised on both Hotels.com and Expedia. The room was extremely small - so much so that we couldn’t properly open our luggage. The photos are highly inaccurate and give a false impression of the room size. Breakfast was also a major letdown. The selection was very limited, with almost no Western options. On one occasion, the only “Western” item available was chicken nuggets, which is hardly appropriate for breakfast. The dining area itself is also misrepresented in the photos - it is actually a small room with food laid out along one side, not the spacious setup shown online. Customer service was poor throughout our stay. Staff often appeared unapproachable and disengaged. We even witnessed guests being ignored when asking for assistance, which reflects a clear lack of basic customer care. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its advertised 4-star rating - it is much closer to a 3-star standard, as reflected on other platforms. The only positive aspect is the location, which is excellent. However, given how affordable and efficient local transport is, I would strongly recommend staying in a better-quality hotel slightly further out and commuting instead. Considering the price paid, this hotel simply does not offer value for money. I would not stay here again and would advise others to look at alternative options."

"Good selections for breakfast. I booked this hotel because there is a swim pool. Unfortunately, the swim pool was not open during my stay. Also, I inquired about some local tours and the concierge did not appear to be willing to help."
