"I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "

The staff is great at communicating and can help set up drivers and tours as you are interested. We wanted a calligraphy class ... so they had a local painter come to the hotel and guide us in a private session. "房間與原先訂的不符,原本訂了大床房,卻給了雙床房,要經一輪理論及給予原先訂的房間資料,才不願意地更换,但換了一間三人房(,一張大床及一張單人床)。但房間原先綱上的尺寸是22坪,但到埗後所有房間約得13至15坪左右,但给我的房間是有兩張床(ㄧ大,ㄧ細),令房間更加感覺無空間。房間設備非常簡單,三條浴巾,一部電視,ㄧ個電水壺。只住了二天。退房時無問原因,只説餘下三天的住宿费不會退回。服務員態度非常不禮貌。甚麽都與她無關。是綱站騙了我們。令人氣憤。"
