「Great hotel, can't really fault it. I booked very late on the same day for work purposes and they called to let me know a wedding was on and my room was directly over it, they offered to waive any fees if i were to cancel which I appreciated. I went anyway but it's great communication by the hotel to call and mention the wedding, The noise in the room was crazy, but it died down at 10:30 and stopped completely at 11pm so not bad and I was warned so no complaints there. 「Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential.
