「Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. 「The rooms were clean. A few large ants. We sprayed the room with bug spray which seemed to help. We had a beautiful view! Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no restaurant on the property. We were right on the beach and it was like having our own private island. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Staff was friendly.」

「I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with a pool view, but upon arrival I was given a “comfort garden” room instead, which did not have any meaningful garden view. The plants outside the room were identical to those throughout the hallways, so it felt misleading. When I asked about the room discrepancy, Angela at the front desk explained that only garden rooms accommodate three people, which I understand. However, I was still charged the higher Deluxe room...
