Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

「This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath.
