「We booked for 2 adults and 5 children. Only one of our children was short enough to sleep on the couch that was advertised as being the 7th place to sleep. It is not long enough or wide enough to accommodate most full size adults (back cushions are sewn on and can't be removed). The air mattress was missing the pump to inflate it, and only 5 towels were provided. The hosts quickly supplied a new air mattress and additional towels. 「Tricky drive. Steep climb from dock to Lookout. To be fair, it looks like the high percentage of homes on Norris lake had steep climbs from dock to residence. I think it's called, vacation in the mountains! If I had one suggestion, it would be some kind of sun block for the deck in the evening. It faces the west and would be more pleasant with an awning or something. We loved our stay ! Steve and Kathy are great hosts. Such nice people. Norris lake is the prettiest lake I have ever been...
