Good location. Layout of house is good. Dock is good. The house needs a complete cleaning. In my opinion the current cleaning is minimal.this may be the result of the short time between checkout and checkin.

Great location near jumping bridge and marina with new inflatable water park. Driveway is not steep and a nice wide path to the lake. We had some issues that were addressed quickly by the owner. Communication was very good.

Our stay was amazing, the house is big and beautiful, and the kitchen is very well equipped with 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Drinking coffee, looking out that view priceless. Definitely, we will be back.

Wonderful house and area

We stayed 4 houses down last time and both properties were amazing. Incredible area with incredible views. House was great to have breakfast and dinners all together for 14 people before hitting the lake all day. Really enjoyed our time and all amentities this house had to offer!

Spectacular

Stayed during school break and could not have more thrilled with this home. Easy check-in, clean and double everything, even down to the air fryer!! Host was incredibly helpful with advice on boat rentals and activities around the area.

The Perfect House!

This house is perfect! Beautiful home and the best location! The boat dock is so nice and the jet ski ramps are an added bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication from the owner was top notch. The patio views are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place and we hope to stay again!

The house was great to handle our group. Kitchen was perfect. Bbq area was great. Having a hot tub was a nice perk. The ice maker was another great perk. I have already recommended this house to friends.

Girls weekend

Gorgeous house and well located with all the amenities. We will definitely rent again and our friends plan to rent as well. Had a large group and we were all comfortable. Sitting on the back deck with a morning cup of coffee was amazing and the perfect start to a beautiful day on Norris Lake. This house is awesome!

Family Getaway

We had a total of 12 adults and 2 kids and this property was perfect for us! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The property was very clean and had every appliance you could think of! The hot tub was out of commission, but it didn't ruin the trip. The decks were perfect to sit out on especially while using the outdoor kitchen! We've already rebooked for next year. Can't wait to make more memories here!

Great House. Great Time

This is a fantastic house and by far the nicest we have stayed in our many trips to Norris. Everything from the beds being comfortable to the fully stocked kitchen with double everything. The outside kitchen is awesome with all the seating to be able to grill, talk, and watch all the boats go by. We loved the covered dock for our boats plus there is a double jet ski ramp which was awesome to have with being on a main channel with all the wake. From all the other houses we have stayed at I will have to say it was the easiest walk from dock to house we have had. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Family Christmas gathering

We gather from 3 different states for a family Christmas! This was our favorite place from many other years of searching! Loved the view of the water from every angle in this house! Great big kitchen, huge windows, gas fire in great room was cozy, nice porch swings, perfect fire pit to end the day gathered around!! The best mattresses ever, and our family is in the bed business! 😉 Also, we really appreciated our driveway compared to others who were super steep and scary!

We have been Vrbo users for many years and have always been very happy with our experience . Up until this stay. The property was very dirty the decks had bird droppings everywhere, we had an infestation of ants in the down stairs, spider webs and spider's in the outdoor setting breathe downstair washer leaked water, the flooring down stairs had issues , the flooring on the lower deck had hazard issues as well, the grass was two foot tall, the fire pit area was a complete mess with wheel barrels and dirty,

Awesome view and atmosphere

The house was in pristine condition with a perfectly awesome view of the lake! The fire pit close to the lake was magical and they even had wood stacked and ready for us to enjoy and that we did! The common spaces are very open and spacious for large family gatherings as well as a large and functional kitchen. There is a awesome ice maker that makes more ice than you know what to do with! You might want to bring some of those hooks that hank over the door because there were not any hooks to hang towels, rags, or clothing on except in the laundry room area.

Family reunion the property is amazing beautiful large

It was a good stay but places of that quality usually have soap in bathrooms. Trash was required to be put in large trash bags they provided only two There was ants in kitchen. Guest should be notified of these needs before getting there. They said we damaged a floor yet did not say what or where we checked the house and found no damage before leaving

We'll be back!

First off: wonderful house, perfect location, responsive host once at property, everything we hoped it would be. Key positives: 1) Wonderful floor plan for a group our size with different schedules, needs (13 including a 12-month-old, 3 teens and 10 adults) Outdoor spaces awesome 2) Great location close to Sugar Hollow Marina. To rent boats a few just kayaked over. (or 15 to 20 min by road) 3) Walk to dock much shorter and less steep than other houses. Dock great for our 3 kayaks, 1 canoe plus rental pontoon and jet ski 4)Kitchen and eating area well equipped All worked great However, a few areas for improvement 1) Prior to our stay, communication with the host through the VRBO website was a little slow. In fact, a few days before the trip I had to contact VRBO to get a response and were given phone number to contact host directly That worked great and Chris was pleasant and extremely helpful. 2) Hot tub was not working but was able to contact Chris and he was able to give me simple directions to get it going. 3) One of 2 sinks in Master bathroom had no water. We easily managed with just the one sink but not communicated if that was going to be fixed during our week or not: it wasn't 4) Check-out instructions on handout in house were a little different than in email from host. Not a big deal but a little confusing Summary: We have been to Norris before, and this was hands down best house we have ever stayed in. Enjoy!

Amazing view and gorgeous home!

We have a family of 14 who stayed there over thanksgiving. The house was accommodating for everything we did there as a large group. A gigantic table so we could all eat together, two dishwashers to wash dishes and two ovens and even two sets of washers and dryers! The separate ice maker was great and there are two refrigerators too. They have a margarita machine and any other kitchen appliance you may need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a shuffleboard table downstairs that was fun to play on. The bedrooms were beautiful and almost all have their own bathroom. The bunk bed room was so fun for the kids to sleep together. The home is very modern and has a tv in almost every room with the ability to sign on to Netflix, Disney+, etc. We arrived on November 19 and we’re still able to rent a boat from flat hollow marina which was about a 40 minute boat ride to the cabin from the marina. Many of the marinas do not rent boats or have gas available around this time of the year. The guys had a good time fishing. The dock is beautiful and holds two boats. The outside firepit is nice and the view is beautiful. We would absolutely rent again. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. The locals were very kind especially the workers at the local store called Bo’s. A fun place to experience and highly recommend!
