“I was in the city to accompany a seriously ill family member. You did not offer the medical discount available for family members; the hotel doesn’t offer one on its website. The hot water ran out half way through my shower at 5 a.m. and the security lock got stuck in the closed position and I had to jiggle and push the door to get that bottom lovk unstuck. I mentioned all this to the clerk when I checked out and she said there was nothing she could do.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.”

“Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.”

“One big complaint I had was the smell outside. Although no fault of the Inn, the dump in close proximity was very rank smelling. I have stayed here a handful of times and i haven’t experienced this before. I was gagging while outside the room. Inside, thankfully there was no smell. My bed also had noticeable divots from being well used.”
