“Very nice comfortable beds, nice tiled shower and bathrooms both were nice. Clean newer washer and dryer works well. Living room furniture is old and needs cleaning or replacing, the TV in LR comes on black and white sometimes. There were some bugs in the kitchen and made us not want to eat in there. I reported them so hopefully they will follow up and take care of that. The location and view is awesome! Across the street from Public’s and most anything you need is close.”

“This was a great place to stay, recently renovated and great location. The interior and views looked just like the pictures. Downside: mattresses need to be replaced and you can hear chairs or furniture being moved around on the tile floor from the unit above and that kept us awake at night.”

“We loved this location. Breathtaking views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. Right across the street from the beach, and the main pool was directly on the Sound. Portofino had great amenities: a pool at each tower, indoor and outdoor pools at the Activity Center, gym, stores, restaurant, lovely grounds. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen.”

“Balcony & BR with sliding doors to balcony have a lovely panoramic view of Bay..& small beach below for walking..The ocean is across the street and has many access points ..beautiful white sand beach.. The bldg and condo itself are dated, and not totally well maintained..the beautiful window in the BR overlooking the bay,unfortunately does not open..was told sealed shut for safety? Also the sliding door to balcony has no screen..nice to be open for listening to gentle waves..not stocked with……

“Elegant and unfussy accommodations with lots of fun “extras” like the jacuzzi in the guest room that our kids loved. The hot-tub on the balcony was also lots of fun and one of the main reason we enjoy staying at Turquoise Place. The lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools and beach were also top notch. It never felt too crowded in the public spaces, which I also appreciated. Grateful for this quick time away with our family!”
