"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around.
The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout.
Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left.
For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...

"Excellent, efficient and very friendly staff at Whitcliffe resort. The Lodge was immaculate, warm and very comfortable. It was a December stay so there wasnt any facilities open but the closeness to the beach and village coop was great. Highly recommended."

"On arrival our room was upgraded to a large seaview room with a walk in shower which was a very nice welcome. The Pump room bar is excellent with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food both at breakfast and in the evening venues is top notch. Dining is a particular highlight which should not be missed with a very good menu expertly prepared and served to a really high standard.

"We've just spent a few days over New Year at Victoria House. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 older teens and the house was ideal for us. Plenty of space, a games room and separate small living room, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Bembridge is a great location, the village has a brilliant and friendly pub (The Old Village Inn), a good Coop, pharmacy etc. It's also walking distance to the harbour, and beach. Roger is a great host, he answered all our questions really promptly. I can definitely recommend Victoria House. "
