「I do recommend to stay at this property, awesome service, helpful and friendly staff, the room is simple and convey and so clean, variety of foods also the old school food as well, and that brings back my childhood memories ❤️

「The good: Lovely staff who are always willing to assist. The friendly greetings each time we walked past the reception desk made us smile.
Comfortable room.
The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price.
The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant. Noisy guests kept us awake over a couple of nights.」
「Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food).
Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room.」
