「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Room clean and location good if one was staying to get to a local beach. Only pass through for one night but was overall a good for short stay. Need a car as not much close by. Free parking around streets.」

「Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....

「Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern. Super Animation. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse samt Whirlpool. Die Putzfrau war super gründlich. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's für die dünnen Zimmerwände und die kantinenähnliche Atmosphäre beim Essen. Großes Lob an das gesamte Team des Hotels.」

「Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Man hat viel Ruhe und Platz im Pool. Es war sensationell dort! Absolut empfehlenswert für ruhe- und erholungssuchende. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und abwechslungsreich...mit Chiasamen, frischem Müsli. Sehr gut alles!」

「Fue un viaje de amigas tipo relax !, Amamos la atención del staff, en todo momento. Todos muy profesionales y muy amables, el Spa nos encantó también , desde la recepcionista hasta la masajista Victoria quien nos dió un masaje increíble. Las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, los desayunos deliciosos , Los de cocina y restaurante definitivamente muy agradables. Buena ubicación Volveré. Michelle :)」
