The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The three bedrooms with two single beds each provide ample sleeping arrangements, while the fourth bedroom features a double bed and a balcony for a touch of luxury. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their own vehicles. Additionally, there is free parking available on the street, ensuring that parking is never an issue.

Benicàssim is a coastal town located in the province of Castellón, in the Valencian Community of Spain. It is renowned for its beautiful beaches, particularly Playa del Voramar and Playa Heliópolis, which attract tourists worldwide, especially during summer. The town is also famous for hosting the annual International Benicàssim Festival (FIB), one of the largest music festivals in Europe, which features a diverse lineup of international artists and bands. Aside from its beaches and music festivals, Benicàssim offers visitors charming promenades, cultural events, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
