“Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el personal de recepción muy agradable y dispuesto. Tienes café gratis durante la estancia que además está SUPER bueno!! Solo le pondría un pero, se oye un poco entre habitaciones y tuve la mala suerte de que alguien que fumaba se olía en todo el pasillo. El desayuno bueno, faltaron huevos con beicon. ”

“Bellissimo hotel nel centro storico di Valencia.Puluzia eccelente,letti comodissimi, biancheria di ottima qualità.Abbismo aggiunto la colazione a 10 € a persona, non tantissima scelta, ma tutto di qualità e sufficiente per fare la buona colazione. Unica pecca é l'insonorizzazione, ma solo perché c'erano gli ospiti poco rispettosi.”

“Terrible customer service they don’t welcome with a smile or anything to feel welcome; didn’t even suggest anything to us or at least help us with some of our luggage.There was even a blackout & we tried to call reception and no one answered . There were so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. Breakfast didn’t taste good.Scrambled eggs watery and bacon sausage tasted bad. We tried to eat the bacon but was hard to chew.The only thing we ate were fruits.For the price we paid for 3 days……

“The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not……

“Simple and comfortable hotel with everything you'll need. 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Booked this place for a stop-over since we're driving to the south the next day. Best thing is that the hotel is right next to the shopping mall Bonaire (3 mins on foot). Loads of shops, restaurants, a big supermarket etc. Good place to spend an afternoon and take a rest.”
