For shared use: 2 swimming pools (8 x 18 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Stepped path (53 steps) to the house. Shop 4.3 km, supermarket 4.3 km, shopping centre 4.3 km, restaurant 4.3 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 4 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.5 km, ferry "Denia" 22.5 km, sandy beach "Playa Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
