"A sad experience overall. This place is kinda on its last leg and it shows. Most the employees are super nice. But the hotel itself is falling apart. Elevators broken, phones, broken, bathtubs broken, lots of lights broken.
The food is really some of the worst I’ve ever had. The “Asian” place is especially horrible. Everything was near inedible. Whoever makes their Pad Thaiust never had pad Thai because it’s not even similar. The “Italian” place isn’t much better. The pasta tastes like it was left out over night and reheated. Has a chalky texture to the sauce and very heavy and sticky. The chicken Parma was the worst I’ve ever had. Ironically the osobucco wasn’t terrible.
The manager, Faviana, was especially rude. I spoke to her about the elevators and phone and she was not only unsurprised by this, but genuinely seemed confused as to why I was mentioning it. She kept looking and smirking at her employees like “look what I have to deal with”. Incredibly rude and condescending. My guess is this is someone who knows the place is falling apart and is well past worrying about the complaints.
Anyway, I left after one night. Simply not worth it. Booked somewhere else and it’s far nicer. "
