"The room is small and not the modern style. Wish the room stocked with bodywash not soap bar for guest. However, the upside of this hotel is the good location spot. Coffee and water station all day for guest stands out comparing to other hotels. Mayor from the front desk was very professional and sweet. She offered us an early check-in for the convenience. The resturant in the hotel serves good foods. Overall, I will go back again for short stay."

" 3/5 Ok It was okay. Advertising,That you have a sauna and steam room to use is great way to trick people booking. But when you get there it’s only for paying treatments or day pass for 60 a person. So booking this for a birthday present for my daughter thinking she could have some nice amenities was a very big disappointed. Also considering the price I payed to stay there. I come to Boston often. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"I was greeted by the staff at reception and they were wonderful. There was two negative issues. The room heater was extremely loud so we didn't get much sleep. The water pressure in the shower can be best described as "a strong trickle"."

"AC was perfect. Room was clean and picture perfect. Amenities were wonderful and plentiful. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and a general joy to interact with. Walkability and closeness to TD garden, Quincy Market, shopping and restaurants was amazing. Hotel has a beautiful bar and restaurant attached and the ability to do luggage consignment made it a no brainer. A place like this makes traveling and dealing with odd departure and arrival times of flights less stressful. One downside was that the ambient lighting in the hallways was a little dark for people not used to such low levels. The only other, was that the cabinet holding the mini fridge was very fragile and the door felt like it might fall off if touched wrong. Probably only an issue for that particular room, but younger children would have probably pulled the door off just by opening it. Otherwise, this was an amazing hotel and an amazing stay. Will be back to stay here the next time we travel to Boston to see games."
