「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. 「Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis.」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」
